Pop and Pour +24hours: ruby red colour, smells of raspberry and lychee, has a little bit of residual sugar, so not completely dry, smooth in the mouth, medium body, in the mouth lychee and maracuja, in the aftertaste maracuja and lychee (or is it acid drops?), good length (30 sec), was much better right after opening, not that great, would not buy again.

Cabernet Jura is one of the new fungus-resistant grape varieties.
D+0h: a tiny, tiny bit of deposit in the filter, nothing in the bottle, smells of orange and somehow of mulled wine D+4h: dark as ink, smells of orange peel, cloves and green apple, has a little bit of residual sugar, so not completely dry, smooth in the mouth, light body, in the mouth orange peel, cloves and a little bit of both blackberry and green apple, in the aftertaste orange peel, cloves, acidity and a little bit of both blackberry and green apple, somehow has a sour aftertaste, medium length (20 sec), not really good, would not buy again.
