Excellent! Fresh with livid acidity and very nice concentration. Sitrus, white flowers, ripe lemon and flinty mineral touch. Very good length.

Utrolig velbalansert, fine bobler, frisk syre og med god fylde, konsentrasjon og lett sødme i frukten. Bakst og autolyse, epler og hint av sitron, honning og mineralitet. Laaang.

Excellent Saint-Aubin, probably at peak. Paired nicely with grilled halibut "mediterrian style". Complex minerality, brilliant acidity with still strong lemon notes. Long. Do decant.

Did really need some time to open up. Have had many great vintages of this wine, but the 2010 is somehow not up there. Must try another bottle soon.

Decanted and followed over five hours.

Powerful nose with rose petals, tar, noble wood, earth, licorice, leather and still present sweet and sour cherry fruit.
Medium-bodied+, but with a massive punch. Concentrated, structured and long. Lingering sweet finish.

Perfect match with filet of deer and creamed mushrooms.
