Zachy's La Paulee 2020; 3/5/2020-3/6/2020 (Le Bernardin Prive): Quite high acid, a little unbalanced but not oxidized as initially thought. Turns out to be quite enjoyable. 92

Orange, dried herb nose. Fresh herbs and mint with meat palate. Reminds me of Lebanese kebab. Hint of leather/fur. Tannins desolved but concentrated
An Evening at the "Schwarzer Adler" (Schwarzer Adler, Oberbergen (Baden, Germany)): Beautiful ripe and compley Burgundy, perfectly stored and served bottle. Complex nose, Mineral taste, lots of iron (blood) and a long finish
good and smooth
