  Tenth Annual White Truffle Dinner (Chez Weber - Chicago IL): Dark color before it was opened, then darkened two shades further within a couple of minutes. Nothing of interest remained.

  Birthday with Vosne Romanee (Boka - Chicago IL): Oxidized. Probably should have known by the brown color before opening, but it took 2 seconds from when the cork was removed for everybody within 5 feet to know this was oxidized.
