  This note is for the Chevaliers du Tastevin bottling. Initial impression is this is still tight, with a clipped finish. A few hours of air and this has morphed into a nondescript old wine, now dull and languid, still with a pinched finish from unsupported structure. Made a fine braising liquid though.
