Community Tasting Notes (4) Median Score: 91 points

  • Mid to full garnet. Nose show dark red fruit, spicy and with a touch of smoke. Quite full on the attack, mid weight with some tannin still, and good acidity. Still a little on the young side as one might expect with Faiveley and ‘95, this drifts in and out a little, between a dense, quite serious Vosne GC delivering goose-friendly pleasure, and something a little sulky and hinting that it needs another five to ten years. Currently, approachable on its interns. ***(*)

  • Bright red in colour.
Savoury on the nose. Hint of bacon fat.
Fresh and high acidity slightly tart raspberry on the palate. Brambles. Became more sweet and fruity over time.
    Very long finish. Very enjoyable.

  • Still tight but showing pretty well. Lilac's on the nose with light fruit and soil notes. Still has life left in it.

  • I have decant if for 2 hrs before drink
    1) Appearance :dull ruby red in colour
    2) Nose : medium intensity of vanilla , berry on the nose
    3) Palate : it is dry , medium -bodied wine with slight tannin , less complexity , medium acidity , which cannot balance well with its soft palate . It has berry on the palate and short finish . Even ,I have decanted it , the tannins is still here and not soft . I am so disappointed with it .
