Haven't tasted this in a decade, but it's wonderful today. Orchard fruit, yellow apple, brioche, honey, sweet lime, and just a hint of hazelnut. This bottle came across a bit advanced, but it worked well nonetheless. Thanks for sharing, Z.

Opened to celebrate a number of past and current events, including my birthday. As others have pointed out, this is in a great spot right now. A very fine, delicate mousse, bright acidity and minerality. Light fruits, pear comes to mind, almond, honey. Not getting the lemon zest others mention, which is good for me, as a prefer less lemon in my bubbles.
Drinking perfectly if a bit younger than expected for its years. Amazing nose of florals, pears and lemons, brightly acidic but also intensely fruity on the palate with a long finish. This was one of the favorite wines of my daughter’s 21st bday celebration.
