White wine Guigal Masterclass (Stockholm): Golden yellow colour. In the nose yellow fruit, some damp straw, honey, some mineral, slight nuttiness. On the palate yellow fruit, some honey, minerality with menthol, rather low acidity, some spice, a hint of alcohol coming through. Classical notes of mature white Hermitage, the most elegant among the four vintages tasted against each other, and unsurprisingly the most developed.
