4th Saturday Brown Bagger (M&R's): Blind. Aromas of iron, currant, graphite and tobacco with a nice earthy overtone. Balanced, with medium tannins and flavors of red berry fruit and spice. Has a bit of brett showing through as well.
Beginning to drink nicely, and easy to pick out as our Bordeaux in the lineup. Put some lamb on the grill and pull the cork. This had been double decanted off its sediment and hour before the flight was poured. Very enjoyable now with a short decant.

Venturi...then 1.5 hr airing.... Nose was pencil lead, slight green pepper, reticent unnameable fruit.. Tongue is the Bordeaux I don’t relish...lean austere reddish fruit that’s a bit tart and shallow and totally not the red wine experience I want.. Leather spice fruit sure , but at what cost???...it’s just not an enjoyable red wine and one helluva shitty QPR.... Will cap and retry tomorrow..

Polished, nice, quite rich, pretty good. Nose really attractive.

Litt skuffende ift pris. Uproblematisk , lite kompleks, lett å drikke. Tror vinen er i dvale. Trenger lagring?

Sweet red notes, menthol, green pepper. Ready. Light tannins, a little lighter than expected. 92.
