  • Perfectly decent viognier with light lemon and herbal notes.

  • The plastic taste mentioned by others is only slightly present as of 1/13. I smell and taste celery seed and i think that plastic thing is more accurately described as "poppers". Embarrassed to admit the latter but, yeah. Went well with spicy lamb tacos.

  • A plastic taste? I´ve got a free bottle, then full of wax, penauts oil, apricots and mayflower (your plastics?) among another ahead aromas. Very typical. Gliceric mouthfeel with a lemony touch.
Natural dry but lightly honeyed after these 12 years
A perfect mate for a Ceasar salad on day 1 and for an Arroz Abanda on day 2.

¿Sabor a plástico?

  • A light golden colour with a delicate honeysuckle nose, not overt. Viscous and oily in the mouth with subtle flavours, the mid-palate shows the most fruit before tailing off into a subtle stone-fruit finish with quite a bit of heat at the end, more than you'd expect for 13.5% abv. This is a creamy, smooth 10 year old white - far better than I'd expected for its age and not a hint of oxidation. 84-85pts.

  • Previous reviewer is correct. There is an odd plastic or petrol taste that was not right. It was still very creamy with some nice apricot. Just couldn't get past that plastic taste.
