Giacomo Tachis: Racconta (AIS, Parco dei Principi, Rome): Deep, dark purple, lots of tartaric acid crystals and some pigmented sediment. On nose, big earthiness, moderate fruitiness, and saltwater taffy. Nose continued to develop with time in the glass. On palate it’s not as expressive, with minerals and earth, with very slight fruitiness; high acidity, high level of slightly astringent tannins. Very young; needs a few more years of bottle age. Interesting.

Really nice Sardinian wine. Dark fruits, earthy. Pretty nose. Needs time.

Used Vinturi Aerator, improved it. A clean(no Brett), but undistinctive(no terroir or minerality) Grenache. A good everyday wine.
