UGCB tasting-Amsterdam 2021 Bordeaux 03-04-2024: A nice, quite deep colour, a firm dose of wood, that pushes the body and the fruit a bit away, The tannins are a bit hefty, but I give the wine the benefit of the doubt for its future.

Rubinrot. Duftige Nase, Himbeeren und florale Noten, auch Cassisaromen und etwas Vanille, komplex. Der Gaumen ist schlank, frisch und zeigt eine schöne Harmonie aus Frucht und Tanninstruktur, das ist tänzerisch leicht, hallt im Abgang lange nach, endet einen Tick trocken, hat sich gut entwickelt. 2025-2035 (Verkostet im November 2023 in Zürich bei UGCB)

UGCB Amsterdam, walkaround tasting so just short notes.: 60% of the wine got 18 months new oak. Beautiful bouquet, some smoke and dark berries. Same on the palate, juicy acidity and round tannin. Beautiful wine. 92+
