Transparentes Himbeerrot. In der Nase feine Aromen von Heidelbeere, Aprikose, Zimt und Veilchen. Am Gaumen Brombeerkonfitüre, Apfelkompott, Zimt, Muskat, Vanille. Der Wein zeigt kaum typische Tertiärnoten auf, sondern zeichnet sich durch filigrane Schichten feiner Frucht- und Würzaromen aus. Sehr rund, samtig und schön zu trinken. Der Körper weist allerdings etwas mehr Leichtigkeit auf, als dem Wein stehen würde. Mittlerer Abgang. Bin auf die nächste Flasche gespannt.
