  Brought to drink at Oinoscent, during the fun (but chaotic) visit of Académie Internationale du Vin members. Decanted the bottle, notes taken 4hr later

  The wine shows deep golden color.
  In the nose, the wine shows fully developed but intoxicating perfume, overripe stone fruit, nectarine, honey notes, a few wax notes, some heavier floral notes, sweet spices, apricot jam, stone fruit chutney, sweet oak notes.
  In the palate, the wine shows beautiful texture, the same flavor profile, obviously fully developed with only a few oxidative notes. It shows a touch of minerality and with some more time in the glass, spicy/oaky/coffee notes, full body, with balancing acidity and long finish, What a wine. Incroyable !
  And such an amazing time to open it, with Christine Vernay in the bar! Seeing the surprise/astonishment in her face when she saw the label and her eyes firing up when she tasted it, was as rewarding as trying the wine itself.
