Getting to be advanced - light golden in color and a faint oxidative note. Fruit is still nice, weight still nice, but no longer crisp and mineral-dominated as I expect it to be.

Greenish gold in color. Chalk, brine, hint of melon. Dry, Acidity is perfect now. Lemon lollipop in flavor. Medium plus finish. Some oyster shell. Really nice wine that is definitely drinking now, but will hold for many years.

This was really outstanding Chablis. It was in a great place, showing a lovely balance, great acidity, and a real elegance. Floral on the nose, with a wiff of hazelnuts. On the palate it had a wonderful minerality, and a saline essence of fresh oysters, and sea brine. Also some lemon peel and a very nice finish. Utterly delightful. Looking for more. It was nowhere near peak. Has a long way to go.

3 out of 12 too advanced. The rest hanging on to dear life. Drink now. Fruit intensity still there marred by oxidative notes.

Subtle wine at this point. Nice balance between the citrus creaminess and frank salinity. More lime leaf than lemon. Great bottle tonight
