  Si apre dopo un paio d’ore di aria e dimostra subito buona stoffa, naso tipico, ematico ma in cui la frutta è ancora ben definita e presente, con note speziate (pepe sopratutto) eleganti. Bocca di grande struttura, tannini a posto, freschezza notevole, buon equilibrio. La persistenza c’è anche se non eccezionale. Forse non il più grande Cloe De Beze ma una bottiglia solida, ottima. Da bere ora o aspettare ancora un pochettino, non troppo

  Slightly cloudy. Medium ruby to garnet. Strawberries. Some tannins. Just starting to hit its stride. From SH
