Wonderful nose of cardamom, fennel seed, curry leaf and baked earth. The fruits are all burnt fig and raisin. Structural elements are still supportive but play just in the background. It has such great nuance and presence in the mouth and finishes with some balsamic tang and loads of savoury flavour.
