  • Really pretty nose with red cherries, floral and forest notes, and wild berries. There is nice depth and it picked up a bit of sweetness with air. Good acidity on the palate with tart red fruit flavors, cherries, and blood orange. Long finish. A beautiful wine that is still quite young but very approachable. It's relatively light on its feet with excellent balance. This should be even more amazing in 5-10 years. 95+

  • Tasted double blind. This showed promising but will need more time to soften further and fill out more as it showed a bit thin towards the finish. The attack, however, showed very layered and I guess with a few more years of age this could become a fantastic wine.

TN: Medium expressive nose with ripe dark berries, smoke and earthy notes. On the palate there are menthol notes, dark red berries, crushed rocks, stems, some vegetal notes. The precision is quite good. High-quality tannins but in need of further softening. Good acidity backbone. Missing a bit of complexity as it is one-noted from mid-palate into the finish.

Decanting: Not decanted, I guess an hour+ in the decanter would be good here.

  • Tasted blind. This was really grand, combined density with elegance and aromatic intensity. Nose of dark and red fruit, Vosne spices, black tea, red flowers.

  • directly out of the bottle.

on the nose elegant, deep and full of finesse, precise, red fruited, light footed.

this is endless on the palate, elegant with an elegant backbone of tannins, some herbs with makes it even more complex and soooo fun to drink, almost no wood and exactly my style!

almost a philosophical wine. great experience.

  • Tasted blind. Various expressions of sweet spice and red berry fruit build an incredibly facetted and delicate wine. Earth notes and a layer of perfume add plenty of verticality. A soft texture, nice density and the follow-through from attack to the long finish ideally reflect the feminine character Tasted blind. Outstanding.
