Solbær, tyggetobakk, pepper og snev av vanilje, espresso og svale urter. Fin balanse mellom kjølig mørk frukt, medium syre og tannin. Medium pluss lengde.

Revisited and I have to say from the start relatively strong green notes . It improved slightly with air. Have another bottle left will try soon to see if it was a one off since previous bottle was better .

Very funny seeing boomers on here describing this as “high acid” or not “Napa-like.” True, this is much less extracted than some of the other fruit bombs the Valley produces. But it presents a classic, lower-acid cabernet expression. Plum, cherry, bell pepper nose. The palate has trimmed some baby oak fat, showing fresh black fruit, cassis, mint, and some some earth at the back palate.
