  I was surprised by how expressive this was tonight at this young age. Fruit is so pure and ripe, soft and elegant, just an incredibly giving and juicy wine that is unbelievably delicious. Will become even more special with more time in the bottle, but I enjoyed it tremendously tonight.

  2022 Excellent Burgundy Adventure; 10/31/2022-11/6/2022 (Burgundy): Explosive nose displaying super concentrated black fruit, blackberry pie, blackberry liqueur, black cherry, a hint of licorice, liquid smoke, lavender, sandalwood, sweet spices and crushed rocks. Undeliverable concentration, layers upon layers of intense black fruit, dense and deeply toned yet so sensual and weightless, perfect amount of acidity, unbelievably fine mineral, fully masked tannins and the finish that never ends. I am blessed to drink this twice in a short period. Absolutely monumental wine.

  Very primary nose displaying incredibly concentrated black fruit, blackberry, black cherry, rose, liquid smoke, incense, sandalwood/oak, dark spices, and mineral. Unbelievable concentration, layers upon layers of opulent primary black fruit, dense and rich but also silky and fluid, perfect amount of acidity and strong mineral, noticeable but silky tannins and a long incredibly concentrated opulent primary black fruit driven finish with liquid smoke and sandalwood at the end. This has to be one of the most concentrated Rousseau Chambertin made.
