  The wine was tasted after 24 hours of decant. Ruby red, intense and brilliant. The nose is all red fruits and quite discreet, followed by an elegant mouthfeel with blue and red fruits, the mid palate is quite dense, and the dry tannins are quite present and cover the finish. There is enough fruit density and sap to harmonize and achieve a better balance a couple of years down the road.

  (SYP) PNP. It has delicate aromas of red cherry, spice and fresh herbs. There is purity to the wine with good concentration, and warmth on the finish. This is a textbook Chambolle to me. 90+

  Deep red. On the nose, the wine is certainly ripe, with black fruited aromas, and a hint of wood and discreet spicy tones. There is a wave a ripe red and dark fruits coming after, certainly filling, but lacking a bit of a kick and energy at the end. On day 2 after 24 hours of air, the wine became more elegant and more towards red fruit, and the finish started to be fresher. This wine just needs to rest for a couple of years, it will punch above its village level when ready.
