  (ORIGINAL Pinot Noir BINDI) Bindi Dear Friends, This may be a nontraditional Memorial Day offer (which tend to focus on bargain wines or summer sippers) but this was our only chance at this parcel so I didn't hesitate (like the Sardinian wine from Saturday). Please note, both of the wines below are extremely limited and the Quartz is almost ridiculous (only 10 cases for the entire US, including restaurants - that puts it in lofty company from a rarity standpoint). Each year, the allocations dwindle on Bindi and both wines below are established "cult" offerings in their home country (they are considered somewhat of a Marcassin of Australia) - the 2007's are now almost impossible to find outside of Australia-Asia so take note. Due to paltry availably, that's all I will say. If you have interest in either wine, please let Niki know at your earliest convenience.
