This was great from opening it, for a blend it is well balanced went well with beef stake.
I left it open for 24 hours and it holds very good

This is one of the great wines ever made in Israel, after 11 years it still hav a lot of life in it and I belive and can last at least 5-7 more. we drunk it over 5 hours and it just got better. Dark red color, red barries and very long finish. shame it is my last bottle

First time drinking this wine, it is ready to drink and I'm not sure it will develop more yet still has many years to go.
It is well balanced and you cannot feel the 15% alcohol in it. Enjoyed it with a grilled lamb

Well balanced and enjoyably wine, went prefect with lamp ribs.
Opened the bottle 2 hours before dinner yet didn't decanted it.

This one is still a baby , it will take few years until it will learn how to walk and then I sure it will run.
It toke 2 days in an open bottle for this one to shine.
Will wait 3-4 years with the other two

Oh Ya! Until now I have got the noise around Yatir's wines. This is my 2nd bottle of this vintage and wow what a wine. Toke 2 hours to open up and match very well to the entrecôte, still half a bottle left ..
