3rd of 6. I think there is tons of time left on this. I was a bit less impressed today, perhaps due to bottle variation, or maybe this is shut down a bit. This presented as a bit too tart and bright - somewhat out of balance in that respect (high acidity). There are nice fine tannins remaining and loads of sappy fruit. The finish is fairly long. 92+.

Decanted an hour. Translucent red, long legs, sweet fragrance on the 👃 balanced with dried prunes, persimmon, new bovine belt, graphite, pan fried chopped mushrooms (Duxelles?) . Dry, medium body structure, highly acidic, medium tannins with refreshing nectarine / persimmon mix finish. What an amazing fragrance! Stick-your-nose-into-glass type of wine.

醒酒一个半小时,淡宝石红色,闻香有淡淡的皮毛和腌菜味,蔓越莓和草莓一类红果,水果糖的香气,还有淡淡肉鲜,入口酸度高,单宁细腻如粉,酒液咸,新鲜红果混合着一些陈年梅果的香气,梅汁一样的口感,矿物感清晰,果味鲜活,集中度漂亮,余味满口红果和高级的木质香调,在口中久久不能散去。一款非常精致的勃艮第,结构感漂亮,口感飘逸而又富有深度,现在喝表现还很年轻,尚未进入巅峰适饮期就有如此稳定的表现,确实上乘之作
