  • Another flawed wine from Binny's. Had it in the cellar for 5 years to find that out.

  • Medium Dark in color. Typical Nebb. in the nose. Taste is fresh , challenging , and a bit dry.
Still a very nice Barolo and not typical La Morra as you taste it. More Castig. Fall. style...
    We liked it a lot

  • Medium garnet in color. Full, forward & attractive nose of ripe fruit aromas of red cherries, currants & strawberries with overtones of earthy, dusty & floral notes of roses, mint, dried herbs, minerals & cedar in the background. Medium bodied with a good concentration of balanced & smooth textured, ripe fruit flavors of red sweet red cherries & strawberries & with herbs, earthiness, spices & minerals. Lingering finish. Although it appears to be readily accessible at present with decanting & airing, it should benefit and develop further with additional aging.

N: Closed; Roses/cherries, with notes of tar?

P: LM, poss Med, body; Almost swtish frt met by an astringent pucker which slowly works itself into & through the LONG, dustily tannic finish which, ult, is almost swtish.
