Decanted several hours and had with Thanksgiving turkey dinner. Nicely balanced. Soft with strawberry and spice and lingering tannins. Drink up!

Novoino's 4th annual portfolio tasting (Park Hyatt Hotel, Chicago IL): nose: very demure but tight nose filled with roasted herbs, dark red cherries, fresh picked berries and bits of spice tonestaste: excellent medium body with high acidity and chewy tannins. Behind that lies pretty tones of roasted herbs, dark red cherries, and spice tonesoverall: this certainly needs time to fully develop. this can turn into a real pretty barolo and certainly has the structure to last a while as well
