Pop n Poured from a 375ml and consumed over a 90 minute period. More similar to my most recent 2021 note. This might be fading a bit. Fully mature, silky, smooth, and resolved tannin. True to its St Julien roots. Drink up!

Decanted for one hour. Nose of blackberry, currant, graphite, tobacco and cedar. Blackberry, currant, cedar, graphite, anise and tobacco notes are well integrated on the palate. A very long finish with elegant balance. Medium to full bodied. Drinking beautifully. Served with reverse seared filet mignon and hollandaise.

Popped and poured, classic Margaux softness in a St-Julien where tannins have completed melted akin to silk. Deep colored no bricking yet on the light to medium body style. Evolved notes of tobacco, earth and some berries with a decent finish. Not the most profound. At peak where it should be enjoyed by 2030. Well made for the price at the time.

Well cellared since purchase as a future. Decanted before serving. Classic Bordeaux nose of cassis, cedar, and tobacco. The taste is smooth as silk. But the finish is short. Drink up!

Elegant, still has fruit and wonderful nose; however, the fruit drops and the wine becomes austere after a day probably due to its age. Recommend drinking with friends/significant others in one sitting.

(Château Branaire (Duluc-Ducru)) Bricking dark red violet color; mushroom, mature, cedar nose; mature, soft, mushroom, cedar, tart plum palate; time to drink up, should go 2 years; medium finish
(Chateau Branaire Ducru) #1; COLOR-dark; NOSE-you get this beautiful lavender meets blueberry pie; huge intensity; very serious; dark fruit; very elegant and polished; very smooth almost ocean like; PALATE-this wine is friggin' SPECTACULAR; this is beautiful, textbook Bordeaux; there is huge intensity of fruit coming through; there's AMAZING blackberry, blueberries and black currant; a hint of leather, but jammy, jammy fruit that provides a delicious factor that's in the 100 point range; Beautiful, Great, this is just Fantastic! I I'm completely blown away by how well this is drinking; the smoothness of this wine is ridonkulous; one of the best wines I've had this year; this completely ROCKS my face off; Spectacular!!!
