This seemed light in profile and character. But in its defense, it followed a richer older chardonnay and I was asked to bring a white wine to go with fish, which turned out to be SALMON. Nonetheless, I'll wait 2 years before opening another.

Flinty, lime, mineral, bright floral nose. Cirtus flowers, a little bit of underripe peach. Crisp, lean, savory. Lime peel on the palate. Good acidity, wonderful seafood wine. Had with garlicky Viet-Cajun seafood boil of shrimp and clams, perfection!

Pale white gold color. Dense, understated nose of fresh cut lemon, grapefruit, oyster shell, white flowers, traces of apple core. Layers of crisp grapefruit and granny apple infused with flinty white stone on the palate. Bright acidity and firm spine. Longer finish of tart citrus and apple grounded in rocky structure. Fantastic with whole fresh Dungeness.

First day it was closed and bitter. Put it away in the fridge. The next day much improved. Delicate, lemon curd, lingering mouth feel. Very nice.

Fantastic, maybe better on night two. 2019s seem to just be coming around.
