Ren, luftig og presis Chablis med perfekt modning. Fersken, amalfisitron, knust sten, sjøgress. Vansklig å se for seg at den skal bli bedre med lagring, bare annerledes. Perfekt Chablis!

(Under screwcap) Entering its drinking zone for me. Very elegant on the nose with subtle lemon and white flowers. Lemon/lime on the palate, but predominantly lemon, mouth puckering acidity, little chewy and very good length.

Pale gold with a green tinge, MdeT volume of honeyed fruit on the nose but still youthful under its Stelvin seal. More honeyed fruit on the palate, waxy texture, saline finish, crystalline mineral, it’s a delicious Chablis with a touch of white pepper to the finish 18.5.

Clear yellow color Plenty of tipicity. Oystershells and saline on nose. Again more seashell, wet stone on palate. Suberb acidity, medium to lean bodied. Pretty much a textbook, classic chablis from a great vintage.

(Domaine Louis Michel Chablis 1er Cru Montée de Tonnerre) Light lemon yellow color; almond, tart pear, lemon nose; tasty, lemon, almond palate with good balancing acidity; medium-plus finish (13% alcohol; natural cork)

Still going. Albeit a bit simpler and leaner profile, drank better as it warmed, don’t think it had to do with the airtime. Got ‘em - drink ‘em.
