Very nic Chablis drank with parchment paper halibut. Crisp an good minerality. A bit of a bitter note distracted. Last bottle for me.

Really good with Halibut Olympia. Best bottle yet. Crisp with bright fruit and minerality. Drink or hold.

I always consider it a happy event when an older bottle of Chablis is not oxidized.. This went well with fresh halibut.
