  Not profound but a lovely drink. Dark fruit and flowers on the nose. Excellent palate with deep fruit and some savory notes. Long and clean on the finish. Great with food, great alone.

  Opened bottle for 1 hour and consumed over 2 nights. Dark cherry, strawberry, plum, and earth. Well balanced and seamless. Will drink ove rnext 5 years.
