  Tasting notes are pretty much the same as the last bottle back in 2020 except there is now a nice overtone of mocha / coffee to the palette as well.
  In a really nice drinking window at the moment but has years to go.
  Still one of the best value age worthy wines in Australia.

  A classic Coonawarra Cab Sav. Blackcurrant, vanilla and cloves on the nose. Tasting of dark fruits with tannins that have mellowed but indicate there is still plenty of cellaring in this wine. No need to rush and should be decanted (next time...).

  Excellent cabernet, still youthful, got a few years left in the tank but showing very well at present also.

  Colour browned with a deep red core. Leather, chocolate and herb. Tannins resolved but still providing great texture. Good stuff.
