  {Cork} managed to get the crumbling cork out, excellent start

  Blackcurrent, charcoal, ash, cedar, pepper, anise spice, mint and dark chocolate..
  
  My word this is good for a a 32 year old wine, the acid and tannins have resolved nicely as you'd expect but it's far from flabby...There's probably still more to come, these wynns cabs are amazing value for money still to this day... Really should cellar more..

  Wonderfully in its prime; so drinkable. Very fresh aromas of grass and fresh fruit. Flavours of plum, pepper (almost Shiraz like), citrus bitters, blackcurrant. Aromas of citric acid, leather. A lot of tannins, long and smooth on the palate. Would continue to cellar well, but is wonderful right now. Probably the highlight of the evening.
