  • Agreed with other posters that this feels quite youthful still and could go for more time in the bottle. This feels medium/full bodied - but quite classical Pomerol. The first thing I picked up on the nose and palate was bacon fat - some air at this stage would probably have helped it open up.

  • Young but quite powerful for the vintage. Rich dark fruits with good underlying acidity. The tannins are firm but smooth and this should age nicely. 92+

  • This wine is very good but painfully young. It has terrific freshness and acidity backed by plentiful black fruits. Think Trotanoy with less hedonism. In about 5 plus years it should blossom into a truly lovely wine. Ronan really worked his magic in this challenging vintage.

  • Well, I waited almost 2 years for the next bottle, paid $95.99, however the Clinet is still too young. Not rated because this is a good wine however it needs more time than I can give it.
