This is a fantastic Pinot Noir! Wait, you tell me it's Nebbiolo? Whether you like or loath the term Burgundian, I find it's an apt descriptor sometimes. But here I really would have called this actual Pinot Noir from Burgundy. And it kept like that from PnP (where this was surprisingly ready to drink, not too tight). Some cherry, and cool fruits and even a hint of mint.
It's going to be interesting to see where this goes. I've got two more. Next one in 2028?

Medium garnet. Pronounced. Bloody and ferrous. Dry flowers. Dry cherry, fig, prune. Tomato compote and tar. Cigar, leather. Oak well integrated and in the background. Complex. Med+ acidity. High, fine tannins. 13,5% slightly out of balance. FB. Long finish with fresh tobacco aftertaste.

Tasted over 3 hrs -semi-translucent med red mild bricking -delicate and pretty perfumed sweet dried red fruit with some gentle floral and spice elements -med/med+ acidity sneaks in the back end, med/med- weight tar tobacco floral dried red fruit builds in intensity to the finish adorned with chalky med tannins -flavor profile not really in my wheelhouse but it is nonetheless complex elegant and interesting

More alcoholic(no way wine is 13.5%) and grittier tannins than last bottle. Hearty wine, but less refined than previous bottle.
