  Dark almost black.
  Lavender floral nose.
  Tight and rich w very little heat.
  Just a bit of green on the very young palate but overwhelmingly nice Merlot based fruit and potential for many evolving years.
  Good value for the right bank.

  94-96 vvPunkte (68% Merlot, 32% Cabernet Franc, 14.00% Alkohol, 40% neue Barriques) In der Nase eine kleine Droge, tiefgründig, feminin, sehr floral, ein Mix aus dunklen und roten Beeren, darüber etwas Menthol, feine Würze. Im Auftakt kräftig, sehr druckvoll, konzentriert, dabei nicht schwerfällig, sondern elegant, baut mächtig aus, wird immer vollmundiger, eine markante Tanninstruktur hält die opulente Frucht in Schach, hohe Gerbstoffqualität, feine Säure. Im Abgang mit grosser Länge und einem mineralisch-salzigen Finish.   Deeply colored, you find touches of cedar, flowers, licorice, herbs and dark plums on the nose. Bright, fresh, sweet and crisp, with a zesty, savory, dark red berry mid-palate and long, chewy, spicy finish, this needs some time to soften and develop. Give it 5-7 years in the cellar and enjoy over the next 2 decades. The wine blends 68% Merlot and 32% Cabernet Franc. 93-95
