  • Espresso. flowers, spice, wet earth, and cocoa with a hint of pepper fill up the perfume. The medium-bodied palate is soft, sweet, and vibrant, with a refreshing hint of orange, and black pepper that adds to the chocolate-accented cherries in the finish. Enjoy this while waiting for the Grand Vin to develop. Drink from 2025-2037.

  • (92-94 vvPunkte) 38% Cabernet Sauvignon, 52% Merlot, 3% Cabernet Franc, 6% Petit Verdot. Dunkles Rubinrot.

  • Tobacco leaf, currants, forest floor and cherries on the nose move you quickly to the medium-bodied, soft, fresh palate, finishing with all of its sweet, polished, red fruits with touches of peppery cherries in the finish. The wine is a blend of 53% Merlot, 38% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Petit Verdot and 3% Cabernet Franc. Drink from 2023-2038. 89-91

  • En-Primeur campaign for the 2021 vintage; 4/25/2022-4/29/2022 (Bordeaux): Fresh ripe plums, brambles, blackcurrants, slightly leafy notes, sweet spice, a little pepper, dusty glass lingers a little, polished oak. An impression of austerity on the nose despite all that is going. Medium plus intensity acidity is a little high, tannins are quire hard but dominant, slight concentrated black fruits travel with tannic supports finishes savoury and with that tannic toughness

  • With a very pretty black currant fruit to the nose. A little tarter and a little harder than one might expect.
