Spicy pineapples, with accents of ginger, Meyer lemons, caramel and honeyed tropical fruits shoot from the glass, ending with a fresh, racy, sweet, vibrant, honeyed, tropical finish. Drink it young, or age it for decades. Drink from 2024-2050.

UGCB tasting-Amsterdam 2021 Bordeaux 03-04-2024: Honey, a whiff of vanilla and wax, some cinnamon, a bit lower in its acidity than de Fargues, so a bit less freshness.

Fabulous, clementine, creme pat, bergamot. So alive in the mouth, full of acid, orange cream, lush, long. Really enjoyable. Lost half the crop - the top of the hill made it through. Few Sauternes and Barsac made wine this year.
