  Cheval Blanc tasting (30 different vintages) at the Rheingau Gourmet Festival 2014: rubin red color; wonderful bouquet: coffee, red fruits, mint, lavender, thyme, eucalyptus; medium body; perceptible tannins added a noble austerity; however, after 10 minutes aromas and flavors literally broke down; a strong acid flavor took over.
  
  Hence, my rating stands only for the first 10 minutes.
