  Légère oxydation qui n'est pas désagréable. Acidité présente
  Toffee et caramel.
  Les arômes sont cependant un peu evanescent.

  This has a glorious, rich palate showing nougat and red apple peel. Extremely high acids. A pretty out there style, this was a heatwave vintage too. Probably not for anyone unfamiliar with the style of the estate. This finishes with notes of liquorice, fresh mint and star anise. Good wine with plenty of character.

  Moulin Touchais 1959-1985 (AuZone, Stockholm): Appearance: light golden yellow
  Nose: zest, dried yellow fruit, spice with arrack and some pepper, some liquorice (lemon-flavoured liquorice), some flowery aromas. Elegant!
  Palate: more than medium bodied, good concentration, citrus, spices including mint liquorice and pepper, high acidity, fresh finish.
  Fresh and elegant, could improve with further cellaring. 92+ p.
  This was the big surprise of the tasting by coming across as much younger than its actual age.
