Moulin Touchais Pt. 2 @ Peter Z. (Belgium): Butterscotch, mango, almond macaroons, white sultanas, marzipan, shoe polish, and also some smoky, fatty seabreeze-kind of notes ( sheelfish, smoked mackarel, seaweed etc). The sweetness is very pretty, light and vanishing now. Sigh.... 70 years old, such a privilege to taste. 18/20
