  1925 Moulin Touchais Coteaux du Layon (Frankrijk, Loire Valley, Anjou-Saumur, Coteaux du Layon) Kleur: Amberkleurig Aroma / bouquet: Super-belegen, zeer complex: honing, koffie, gebrande suiker, stroopwafel, hazelnoten, Smaak / Afdronk: Duidelijk restzoet, maar toch maakt de wijn een droge indruk, oxidatieve toon, gebrand, beetje lactisch. Algemeen / potentieel: Prachtige en unieke wijn, na 85 jaar nog vol potentieel. 50 + Kleur: 5 + Aroma / bouquet: 11 + Smaak / Afdronk: 17 + Algemeen / potentieel: 10 = 93/100
