Well this has held up beautifully and paired with the porchetta rather well. A nose that still thinks its burgundy, but remains so light and lithe on the palate despite the power in there. Deep russeted tones, asian pear, thyme, mineral. Very nice acid, well balanced, food friendly and an intriguing little wine.

Nerdy nice CDP in blanc varietal. Not nearly as food forward, smooth and very delicate sucky balance.

This wine was well received in the restaurant shared with 5 others at the table. Deep yellow color, white flower, lemon, stony nose. Medium full body with nice flavor intensity, great combined minerality and acidity balanced on the long finish. Very nice wine. I suggest drinking in the next year or two.

Very interesting wine. Light honey color. Nose a bit floral, stony. Medium body with strong minerality and just a hint of sweetness. Drinking fairly nicely now but should likely drink these soon.
