The palate is understated and tightly wound, but the closed finish hints at a plethora of buried fruit flavors. Great aging potential; needs at least five more years of aging. Lunch (Schwarzwaldstube, Tonbach): Menu wine pairing: Very fresh and youthful bottle. Wonderful integrated, ripe but electrifying acidity that balanced the residual sugar well. Very delicious and joyful to drink. 91
