(Weingut Forstmeister Geltz-Zilliken Riesling Spätlese Saarburger Rausch Erste Lage) A contradictory wine, with a simultaneously intense and restrained, mineral nose. The palate is understated and tightly wound, but the closed finish hints at a plethora of buried fruit flavors. Great aging potential; needs at least five more years of aging.
