Wished I had another bottle or read all the reviews. Tastes good. Saw that the tasting date was up to 2016 on cellar tracker so I thought it might have gone bad. It's not gone bad lol 🤣.

Side by side with the 94. Relatively fresh and vibrant with a mature underlying oak. Tannins well integrated. Solid kirsch, currant, and the blood orange prominent in the 94 is just emerging. Enjoy.

OK, this bottle makes me REALLY miss the "old" Caymus! While this still had lots of fruit, it has aged into a beautiful mixture of flavors that extend onto a beautiful long finish. Nothing is missing and nothing is overblown. It edged out a 2016 B Cellars Dr Crane that cost over 2X more with its sophistication vs. brute strength. Loved it.
