Discrete and quite overmature nose. The overmature (red) fruit goes again on the palate with some animal notes but not much more else. Good lively acid with stringe but smooth tannins really good balanced altogehter. Medium lenght. Interesting ageed Rotie. I’d say time to drink.

Tasted over 2 hrs -inky dark red purple -violet black pepper dark berry faint beef jerky -med acidity, med weight somewhat tight linear dark berry smoked meat bitter note adds some complexity, finishes with slightly dried out med/med+ tannins and a bit of heat -quite drinkable now but still on the way up

D3h. Very dark red, red-purple rim, 6.5. Generous youngish aroma, buttermilk, violets and more. Intense harmonious palate, h-T, m+B, h-A, green and rustic finish. Wait 4-8 years

So young, so clean, so elegant AD loved it. Fresh acidity, black olives, plenty of fruit, but it is the feminine elegance, that really steals the show. Tanins are present and IMHO this is way to young - AD loved nevertheless. Glad to have a small stash of my own - will look at it in 4-5 years. #Bjørnekælderen
