From a half bottle purchased as a private cellar deal while back. The cellar was passive but cool. The cork and fill level are exceptional. Beautiful clear dark red. Quite fresh but devoid of sweet fruit yet all the tertiary notes that one wants in a mature Bordeaux are there, cedar, strong note of mint and eucalyptus and a hint of lead pencil. Medium concentration, a bit watery at this stage, a hint of light red fruit driven palate impression, bright acidity and medium finish. It is a bit hollow as it lacks the fruit concentration. Still a nice food friendly wine. Pleasant surprise. If your palate aligns with brother Jeff, avoid.

No formal notes, quite good and aromatic.

Well past prime. Not much left to it. Sat it upright for a week then pop and pour. Better at first then fell apart quickly.
