Tasting of 2021 Albert Morot Reds (Beaune, France): Barrel sample. Medium ruby core. Serious blackberry fruit on the nose. Medium weight, which is to say the biggest wine so far. Deeper, sweeter fruit with orange peel and licorice. Clingingly tannic finish. I really like this, and it seems pretty clear that it is the best, most complete wine in the range.
