There is some mineral character, and a bit of acidity on the finish. This is tasty and mature but a bit generic - it could be a minerally CA merlot or Cab as much as it is a S Rhone Mourvèdre. Overall it is tasty and I imagine that 750's are ready to go.

  Ruby red. Gorgeous inky, licorice, red berry and tar, very fragrant.
  Rich and smooth, long and with lots of silky fine tannins. Crisp acid too. Taken on an earthy flavour, blueberry and violets too. Just delicious.
