  Decanted 2 hours, with moderate sediment, lovely floral nose, Bordeaux like structure, spicy notes, plums, cassis, currants, finish was medium long, with nice hints of graphite. Based on this bottle (my only) though fully integrated, should last for several more years.
  Paired nicely with pistachio encrusted Aussie rack of lamb for Xmas eve dinner.

  Wine Bros: Australia Part II (Orsay): Still quite a nice wine. Served next to the 2001 which I preferred a bit more as it was a touch more restrained but this is still quite classy. Lots of pepper and fruit and perhaps showing a bit younger in style. Slightly more intense. Would be interesting to see how they both do with time.

  醒酒一个半小时，闻香有明显的青椒味，成熟黑果混合着奶油气息，入口酸度中等，甜美风格，单宁紧致，细腻而抓人，浓郁的香草巧克力混合着黑色果香，余味是如法桶般精致的香草奶油味。一款香气浓郁，酒体饱满的酒，口中能感受到酒液的粘稠，非常标志性的新世界赤霞珠大酒，有着自己鲜明的风格特征，口感和香气比别的澳洲赤霞珠都要扎实很多。
